At Spiral Tingz, each order is thoughtfully handcrafted and prepared with care. Because many of our products are made to order, processing times vary depending on the type of order placed.
Orders may ship sooner than the estimated processing window listed below. These timeframes allow us the necessary time to accommodate order volume while maintaining the quality of every handmade Spiral Tingz product.
Please allow 4–6 weeks for processing before shipment.
This timeframe applies to standard made-to-order Spiral Tingz products unless otherwise stated on the product page. Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received and may ship earlier depending on current order volume.
Please allow 2–4 weeks for processing before shipment.
Because Mystery Bundles require a shorter preparation process than our standard made-to-order products, they generally have a shorter processing timeframe.
Please allow 6–8 weeks for processing before shipment.
Wholesale processing times may vary based on order quantity, product selection, customization, and current order volume.
Processing time does not include carrier transit time. The processing timeframe begins after your order has been successfully placed and payment has been received.
Orders are prepared and fulfilled Monday through Friday during our fulfillment hours of 6:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m. CT.
Orders are not processed or fulfilled on weekends or federal holidays.
Once your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number using the email address provided at checkout.
Domestic orders are currently shipped through USPS.
Available shipping options and rates are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please note that selecting a faster USPS shipping service, when available, only affects the carrier's transit time after your order has been processed. It does not shorten the processing timeframe unless a separate expedited processing option is specifically offered.
Once your order has been transferred to USPS, carrier transit time begins.
USPS delivery estimates are separate from Spiral Tingz processing times and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays.
The processing time shown on the product page and in this policy refers to the amount of time needed to prepare your order before it ships.
While we work to fulfill orders within the estimated processing windows, occasional delays may occur due to unusually high order volume, holidays, severe weather, supply availability, or other circumstances that may affect production or carrier service.
If an unexpected delay significantly affects your order, we will contact you using the email address or phone number provided at checkout.

Spiral Tingz is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or returned shipments caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout.
If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to update the address before shipment; however, address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been fulfilled or shipped.
Once a package has been marked "Delivered" by USPS, Spiral Tingz is not responsible for packages that are subsequently lost, misplaced, or stolen.
If you are unable to locate a package that has been marked delivered, please first check with members of your household, neighbors, your apartment or property management office, and your local USPS office.
For packages that appear to have been lost while in transit, please contact us so we can review the tracking information and determine the appropriate next steps.
